📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.,Create engaging and effective training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for staff members.,Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with the Training Manager to ensure all training activities align with the hospital's goals and objectives.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to staff members to help them apply what they have learned in their daily work.,Maintain accurate records of all training activities and participant feedback.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
