📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain paper cutting machines to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Monitor production processes to maintain quality standards and meet production targets.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on paper cutting machines.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.
• Adhere to safety protocols and quality control measures to prevent accidents and defects.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Train and mentor new team members on the operation and maintenance of paper cutting machines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Paper Cutting Machine Operator, preferably in the packaging industry.
• Familiarity with advanced paper cutting machines and software, such as HP Indigo, Heidelberg, or similar.
• Strong understanding of quality control and safety protocols.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
