📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.,Ensure that all food is prepared and served on time.,Manage kitchen inventory and order supplies as needed.,Train and mentor junior cooks.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in quality control processes.,Assist in kitchen maintenance and cleanliness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Cook or similar role.,Proven experience in a high-volume kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
