📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide legal advice and representation to clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate governance.,Draft and negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with Indonesian and international laws.,Assist in the formation and registration of new companies, including advising on corporate structuring and compliance.,Conduct due diligence on potential business partners and transactions, identifying and mitigating legal risks.,Represent the firm in court and before regulatory authorities, as required.,Stay up-to-date with developments in corporate law and regulatory changes that may impact our clients.,Mentor and train junior lawyers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.,At least 5 years of experience in corporate law, with a strong understanding of Indonesian corporate law.,Strong legal research and writing skills, with the ability to draft complex legal documents.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to advise and represent clients effectively.,Familiarity with Indonesian corporate governance laws and regulations.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Knowledge of international corporate law and practices is a plus.
