As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of structured cabling systems in our clients' facilities. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the installation and configuration of structured cabling systems in accordance with industry standards and best practices.,Coordinate with clients and project managers to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.,Train and mentor junior team members to ensure high-quality work and adherence to safety protocols.,Perform regular inspections and maintenance of existing cabling systems to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to structured cabling systems.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards.,Collaborate with other departments to integrate structured cabling systems with IT infrastructure.,Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding structured cabling solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in structured cabling systems, with a focus on installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.,Certifications in structured cabling systems, such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, or BICSI are a plus.,Strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices for structured cabling systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with clients and team members.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages is required.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
