📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Manage digital marketing channels including social media, email, and search engine marketing.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics.
  • Create and manage marketing content, including brochures, flyers, and social media posts.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Assist in the development and execution of the company's marketing plan.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in marketing.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the Indonesian market and consumer behavior is an advantage.
