In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our company's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation and security. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Provide technical support to employees, addressing hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and update software and systems as needed.,Backup and restore data as required to ensure business continuity.,Implement and maintain security measures to protect company data and systems.,Assist in the planning and implementation of IT projects.,Document IT processes and procedures for future reference.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operating systems.,Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.,Experience with virtualization technologies is a plus.,Good problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
