As a Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests during special events and functions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the setup and tear-down of banquet facilities and equipment.,Greet and seat guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.,Provide information about the event and venue to guests.,Assist with the serving of food and beverages during the event.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area throughout the event.,Assist with any additional tasks as needed to ensure the success of the event.,Provide excellent customer service to guests and ensure their satisfaction.,Work collaboratively with the event planning team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in hospitality, event staffing, or a related field is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Attention to detail and organizational skills.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.,Fluency in Indonesian is a must; English is a plus.
