📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create visually appealing and effective marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and digital ads, using industry-standard tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative campaigns that align with our brand identity and business objectives.
• Conduct market research and stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to ensure our designs are innovative and relevant.
• Manage and optimize our social media presence, creating engaging content that drives engagement and brand awareness.
• Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to understand their needs and create designs that support their efforts.
• Ensure all designs adhere to Muihua's brand guidelines and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve our existing marketing materials and processes.
• Attend industry events and workshops to network with other professionals and stay inspired.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Adobe XD).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
