Crystal Net Corporindo is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate the company's fleet operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fleet management principles and a proven track record in coordinating vehicle and driver schedules. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our fleet, contributing to the overall success of our logistics and transportation services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained and available for use.,Oversee the scheduling and routing of vehicles, optimizing routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor vehicle performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods and services.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel expenses, and maintenance activities.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to identify and address any issues promptly.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies regarding fleet operations.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role in the transportation or logistics industry.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with drivers, dispatchers, and other stakeholders.,Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices for fleet operations.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
