In this hybrid role, you will assist in managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.,Process payroll and ensure timely payment of salaries.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.,Assist in the reconciliation of bank statements and accounts.,Provide administrative support to the finance department.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance accounting skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Basic knowledge of financial reporting and analysis.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Experience with accounting standards such as GAAP or IFRS is a plus.
