Pacific Garment is seeking a Lead HR Officer to join our team. As a Lead HR Officer, you will be responsible for managing all HR activities and ensuring compliance with labor laws. You will work closely with the management team to ensure a positive work environment and to recruit, train, and develop employees. Manage all HR activities including recruitment, training, and employee development,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies,Work closely with the management team to ensure a positive work environment,Recruit, train, and develop employees to meet the company's goals,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees,Manage employee benefits and compensation,Oversee the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or garment industry,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with HR software and tools,Proven track record of successfully managing HR activities,Ability to lead and mentor HR staff
