📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all accounting activities, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial records and compliance with accounting standards.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely financial data collection and reporting.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Provide financial advice and support to management in decision-making processes.,Monitor and control company expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.,Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and ensure compliance with audit requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and relevant tax regulations.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and practices.
