📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily operations of multiple retail stores, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage and motivate a team of store managers and staff to achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order stock as needed to maintain optimal levels.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using retail management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
