📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis to determine the skills, qualifications, and experience required for each position.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.,Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates, including phone screens, in-person interviews, and reference checks.,Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
