📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the distribution operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Develop and implement distribution strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor and analyze distribution performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth distribution operations.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff members.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues related to distribution.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in distribution management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution management or related roles.,Strong knowledge of logistics and distribution processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using distribution management software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and distribution challenges.,Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for fieldwork.
