📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the accurate measurement and cost control of project quantities.,Prepare and maintain detailed quantity surveys and cost reports.,Conduct regular site inspections to verify quantities and identify discrepancies.,Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely billing.,Assist in the preparation of tender documents and cost estimates.,Provide expert advice on cost-saving measures and value engineering.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.,Support the project manager in achieving project goals and deadlines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, preferably in major infrastructure projects.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Strong understanding of Indonesian construction industry and regulations.,Experience with cost control and reporting software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).,Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites.
