📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement settlement planning strategies to support urban development projects.,Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects.,Conduct feasibility studies and prepare detailed project reports.,Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.,Provide technical support and guidance to project teams.,Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.,Facilitate community engagement and consultation processes.,Prepare and present project updates and progress reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in settlement planning or urban development.,Strong understanding of Indonesian urban planning regulations and policies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and local language (Indonesian).,Familiarity with GIS and other relevant planning software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
