📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct one-on-one mentoring sessions to guide entrepreneurs in developing their business and financial strategies.
• Develop and deliver workshops on various aspects of business and finance.
• Create and maintain educational content, including articles, videos, and webinars.
• Collaborate with the team to design and implement mentoring programs.
• Provide feedback and support to entrepreneurs to help them achieve their business goals.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in business and finance.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategy of Scholario Indonesia.
• Evaluate and improve mentoring programs based on feedback and performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in business or finance.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting, and business strategy.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Certification in business or finance (e.g., CPA, CFA, or ACCA) is a plus.
• Passion for empowering entrepreneurs and fostering business growth.
