As a Corporate Paralegal at J&T Cargo, you will be responsible for supporting the legal team in various tasks, including but not limited to, drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, and providing administrative support to the legal department. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel, ensuring that all legal matters are handled efficiently and effectively. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the legal team in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements.
• Conduct thorough legal research to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of legal documents, including but not limited to, contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
• Provide administrative support to the legal department, including maintaining legal files, organizing meetings, and coordinating with external legal counsel.
• Assist in the preparation of legal reports and other legal documentation.
• Ensure that all legal matters are handled in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may affect J&T Cargo's operations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal or paralegal role, preferably in a logistics or transportation company.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and English language, both written and spoken.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.
• Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Familiarity with legal software and tools, such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
