📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain high-definition projectors and sound systems to ensure optimal performance during screenings.
• Set up and calibrate equipment before each show, ensuring technical specifications are met.
• Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues during screenings, working closely with the technical team to resolve any problems promptly.
• Collaborate with the cinema team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable movie experience for our audience.
• Keep detailed records of equipment usage, maintenance, and any technical issues encountered.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in cinema projection and sound systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service to our audience, addressing any technical or operational concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cinema Projectionist or similar role in a professional cinema setting.
• Proven expertise in operating and maintaining high-definition projectors and sound systems.
• Familiarity with cinema projection software such as Christie, Barco, or Dolby Cinema.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure during screenings.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of technical excellence.
• Valid certification in cinema projection and sound systems (e.g., SMPTE, IATSE) is a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
