In this role, you'll spend your days behind the counter, preparing a variety of coffee drinks, managing orders, and ensuring our customers have a delightful experience. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, so being quick on your feet and able to multitask is essential. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty coffee beverages
• Manage orders efficiently to ensure quick service and customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and organized coffee shop, including cleaning equipment and restocking supplies
• Interact with customers to understand their preferences and provide exceptional service
• Assist in inventory management and ordering coffee beans and supplies
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
• Stay updated on coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our offerings
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the Sport Padel community

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Proficiency in using coffee equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and steam wands
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and ordering supplies
• Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment
