In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the cost estimation process, from initial project analysis to final cost reports. You will work closely with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure that all cost estimates are accurate and aligned with project requirements. Daily, you will be using tools like Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and specialized construction estimation software to analyze project data and develop comprehensive cost estimates.

• Oversee the entire cost estimation process for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Analyze project data and develop comprehensive cost estimates using specialized software like Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and construction estimation tools.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure cost estimates align with project requirements.
• Review and approve cost estimates, providing feedback and guidance to the estimation team.
• Monitor project budgets and provide regular cost reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards for cost estimation.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior cost estimators and support staff.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in construction cost estimation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost estimation, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven experience using Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and specialized construction estimation software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex project data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of local construction regulations and industry standards in Bali.
• Certification in cost estimation or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
