📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Provide accurate and timely information about our products and services
• Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in SIMANDIRI
• Assist in cross-selling and up-selling banking products
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, banking, or related fields
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using SIMANDIRI and other banking software
• Knowledge of banking products and services
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluent in Indonesian and English
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
