Rice Bowl Indonesia is seeking a highly professional and experienced Executive Driver (Supir Direksi) to join our team in Gading Serpong, Tangerang. This role is critical in ensuring the safe, punctual, and comfortable transportation of our executives and VIP guests. As an Executive Driver, you will be responsible for driving luxury vehicles, managing schedules, and providing exceptional customer service. We are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in executive driving, preferably with a clean driving record and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be proficient in English and Indonesian, and will have experience using GPS navigation systems and fleet management software. You will need to be available for night shifts and weekends, and must be comfortable working in a high-pressure environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Drive luxury vehicles safely and punctually to ensure the timely arrival of executives and VIP guests.
• Manage schedules and itineraries, ensuring all appointments are met.
• Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting and assisting passengers.
• Maintain and clean the vehicle to ensure it is always in top condition.
• Use GPS navigation systems and fleet management software to track and manage vehicle location and performance.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Report any vehicle issues or maintenance needs to the fleet manager.
• Assist in the organization and execution of company events and meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 5 years of experience as an executive driver.
• A clean driving record with no major accidents or violations.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian.
• Proficiency in using GPS navigation systems and fleet management software, such as Geotab or Fleet Complete.
• Valid driver's license and clean vehicle history.
• Ability to work night shifts and weekends.
• Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
