📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.,Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects.,Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or delays.,Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.,Conduct site inspections to assess project progress and address any issues.,Manage project documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in project planning and management in the construction industry.,Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.,Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.,Familiarity with local regulations and permits required for construction projects.
