📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily operations of the food court, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Oversee vendor relations, including onboarding, performance monitoring, and resolving any issues.
• Implement and maintain inventory management systems using tools like SAP or similar software.
• Train and develop food court staff to ensure high standards of service and food quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in food court management or a similar role.
• Proven experience in managing vendor relations and inventory.
