📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide expert beauty consultations to customers, helping them achieve their desired look.
• Recommend and sell makeup products to meet customer needs and preferences.
• Assist customers in selecting the right products for their skin type and concerns.
• Demonstrate makeup techniques and application methods to customers.
• Manage the beauty counter, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
• Promote new products and special offers to drive sales.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in beauty sales or advisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of makeup products and trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Certification in beauty or cosmetics is a plus.
• Proven track record of driving sales and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
