📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in pre-race preparations, including setting up go-karts, checking equipment, and ensuring all safety protocols are in place.
• Monitor race operations to ensure smooth and safe racing, providing assistance to drivers and guests as needed.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit.
• Assist in post-race cleanup and maintenance of go-karts and race facilities.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a fun and welcoming environment for all guests.
• Follow all safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe racing experience.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on operational procedures and best practices.
• Adhere to the company’s code of conduct and maintain a professional and respectful attitude towards all team members and guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry.
